AHHH! Spa Day–July 23, 2010

 

Wow!   A day at the Cloud Nine Day Spa.   Lunch from the Italian Gourmet – brought into the spa.   We were in heaven!

Renewal Luncheon at the home of Nella and Sal–June 25, 2010

Today we had the pleasure of joining together at the home of Nella and Sal, who graciously hosted a sit down luncheon for 25.    We enjoyed subs and salads and made our plans for the next 12 months.  

Aren’t we gorgeous?     

KICKIN UP OUR HEALS AT WHEATON VILLAGE–APRIL 30, 2010

A fantabulous day at Wheaton Village in Millville, NJ.   We visited the general store, the museum, lots of other little quaint shops.   We watched a glass blowing demonstration.   So nice.   We had a full day of activities and even squeezed in some time for lunch at “The Paper Waiter”, a restaurant on the premises.

HOLIDAY HIGH TEA–DECEMBER 2009

Hosted by Elaine, we celebrated the 2009 Christmas Holidays at her home.   We began the tradition to bring gifts to be donated to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.    Look at “Angel” in her little red hat (sitting on Joan’s lap).  

Surflight Theater–Christmas Show–December 2009

Hosted by Marie, we enjoyed a beautiful dinner and then the Holiday Show at the Surflight Theater on Long Beach Island.   Another wonderful time.

 

Simply Sinatra–Stockton Fine Arts Theater–October, 2009

RNS SHOWHOUSE–AUGUST 2009

“La Dolce Vita” – the sweet life – The first home of Skinny D’Amato, had been transformed by interior designers to show the charm and character of this notorious owner.

The Atlantic City 500 Club was owned by D’Amato.  Many famous entertainers, including the “Rat Pack” had performed there and were also constant guests at Skinny’s home. 

Our group volunteered to work the different rooms and showcase the history of this home.

Proceeds from the design house benefit RNS Cancer and Heart Fund.
