Neither rain, nor snow, nor hurricanes, nor typhoons, nor earthquakes can keep this bunch of ladies home! Today we celebrated another year together as Happy Hatters at the beautiful Smithville Inn. Nothing can dampen the spirits of these wonderful and beautiful women! As always, we were treated like royalty.
We were delighted to have valet parking as we arrived for our luncheon.
The food and the company was excellent.
After lunch, we discussed our upcoming events.
July 19 – Maritime Museum and lunch on LBI (Jill, Eileen and Catherine)
August - to be announced (Lorraine, Judy L., Marie P)
September – Delicious Orchards, Colts Neck – gourmet food and marketplace – lunch (Sheila and Jeannie)
October – to be announced – possibly the Barnes Museum in Philadelphia – (Sheri and Judy W.)
November/December – Mrs. Gould’s 12 Annual Holiday Social – The Mansion at Georgian Court University – Lakewood – (Karen and Marie S.) note – we will try to schedule this event early in December.
January/February – Movie Night at the Clubhouse – Terry
March - ? Maybe a game of Left Right Center in the clubhouse. Need someone to coordinate. PS – just an idea – As always we’re open to anything!

June 2014 – Renewal --- Cora had a great suggestion – Let’s have our renewal in the beautiful lobby of our clubhouse. We’ll have finger foods catered, we can BYOB, we’ll have it in the evening and we’ll pay John for cleanup. I can’t wait!

The rain slowed down just long enough for us to get our cars and get home.
We were quite a “hit” with the other patrons! One gentlemen couldn’t figure out “who we were”? The staff thought our little bear mascot was hysterical, especially when we had her singing “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”.
It’s a good life here at Four Seasons! Girlfriends Rock!
